I have dedicated my life to studying and practicing the ancient yet always up-to-date teachings of the Buddha. Through this utterly personal journey, and especially through the example and inspiration of the Tibetan master, Chogyam Trungpa, the training I have received can best be called Warrior Dharma.
It is Dharma because it brings together the timeless practical wisdom of a tradition that has existed for more than 2500 years. It is Warrior because of the unique and intense challenges of practicing it now in a world where we are too often distracted or overwhelmed by the seductions and intimidations of materialism.
The books I've written and the seminars and retreats I lead are all expressions of Warrior Dharma.

Frank's Memoir of his time with Chogyam Trungpa
Looking directly and honestly at your human experience requires bravery. While you attempt to wrap yourself securely in the comfort of familiarity, life is asking more of you. It is asking you to come more fully alive, and to release your mind into the vastness and vividness of things as they really are. To accept this invitation is to understand the true nature of your birthright as well as your hope and your fear, to squarely face the things that get in the way of your authentic joy, and to gather timeless methods for overcoming these obstacles.
In this Online Master Class, you will have access to 28 text chapters from Frank Berliner's book Bravery- along with video lectures for each chapter and a space to post comments, reflections, or anything else you would like to share openly to engage in meaningful dialogue.
The comments section is not monitored, it is meant to be a safe place for you to share your thoughts and questions and interact with one another.
The living Buddha within you awaits and the path to it is here.
